What it is
A complete package combines the load calculation, equipment selection, duct design, energy report and equipment schedules into one set that answers the reviewer’s questions up front.
When there are no drawings we draft them. When a submittal was rejected we find out why and fix it.

Incomplete submittals are the most common reason a permit sits. A package that answers the reviewer’s questions up front is the fastest path to approval.

The plan reviewer came back with comments on our documents. Is that extra?
If it is a quick change or something minor, we will knock it out and send updated documents at no charge. Changes that take 30 minutes or more are billed as a change order, in 30-minute increments.
The plan reviewer rejected our submittal. Can you help?
Yes. Send the comment letter and the submitted documents. We will tell you what is missing and fix it.
Can you review a load calc another firm did?
Yes. That is part of our hourly consultation service.
Do you draft from hand sketches?
Yes. Photos of a clear sketch with dimensions are enough to start.
