What it is
Converting rough sketches and notes into professional building plans takes skill and attention to detail. We draw the plan to scale with the dimensions a load calculation and a reviewer need.
Once the plan exists, the Manual J, S and D can be built on it and drawn onto the same sheets. We draft in AutoCAD, and drafting is billed hourly.
When you need it
Owner-builders, small remodelers and replacement jobs often have no drawings at all. A clean plan is the fastest way to a calculation and a permit.
What we need from you
- A dimensioned hand sketch, or photos of one
- Photos of the space
- Notes on windows, doors and ceiling heights
What you receive
- Scaled floor plan
- Mechanical layout on the same drawings, if ordered
- PDF ready for permit submittal

Do you draft architectural plans for new homes?
Our drafting supports the mechanical design and permit. For full architectural design, work with your architect and we coordinate.
