SBP Contracting, LLC, doing business as LoadCalcs (“we”), operates https://lcalcs.com. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Quote requests. When you use a form, we receive what you enter: typically your name, company, email, phone, project location and project details. We use it to reply, quote and complete your project.

Plans and documents. Files you email us are used only to prepare your project and are kept as part of the project record.

Analytics. We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count page views in aggregate.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider logs standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.

Website visit recordings. We record how visitors use this site so we can find and fix problems with it. A recording captures the pages you view, the page content, mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and how you arrived (for example from a search engine or an ad). Anything you type into a form is masked and is not captured. Recordings are reviewed only by us and by the company that builds and hosts this site, are never sold, and are deleted after 12 months. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, you are not recorded.

Advertising. When you arrive from one of our ads, advertising cookies (Google Ads) tell us that the ad led to a quote request. They do not tell us who you are.

How we use it

To respond to you, prepare quotes, deliver your project and improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and handle messages, and only for that purpose.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser to opt out of visit recordings.
